LinkTruth does NOT collect, store, sell, or share personal information.

No names, emails, passwords, OTPs, banking data, or browsing history is collected.

2) How LinkTruth Works

LinkTruth analyzes links you interact with (such as hovering over a link) and shows helpful details like: redirect hints, tracking/affiliate parameters, and basic safety signals (e.g., HTTPS).

All checks are performed inside your browser. We do not send your links or browsing data to external servers.

3) Local Storage (Preferences Only)

LinkTruth may store limited settings on your device using Chrome storage, such as:

This data stays on your device and is never shared.

4) Third-Party Services

LinkTruth does not use analytics, ads, trackers, or third-party data sharing tools. We do not sell or transfer your data to any external party.

LinkTruth does not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and it is safe for general use.

We may update this policy when required. The “Effective” date at the top will be updated accordingly.
