“Our company has found a lot of success with Google Ads, because they leverage the power of the world’s largest search engine to drive traffic to our website and, ultimately, to drive sales. We have allocated our advertising dollars towards shopping ads, which direct our target audience towards some of our most popular products and remarketing ads. 

One example from our experience is Smart Shopping, which blends control with Google’s artificial intelligence capabilities. The pro of these is that they serve ads for our best-performing products. A con is that they don’t let you see as much information about the searches associated with these ads. Another example is Responsive Display ads.

The major pro of these is that it allows us to test our assumptions about what copy and assets will resonate with customers. A con could be that they give you less control over the appearance of your ads, but we have found them to be valuable nonetheless.”

2. James Anderson – CEO (Veritas Buyers)

”I generally prefer digital ads over traditional ads because they are more targeted and cost-effective. With digital advertising, you can target a specific audience with laser precision, and you only pay when someone clicks on your ad. Traditional advertising, on the other hand, is much more expensive and less targeted. It can reach a wider audience, but you will also end up paying for impressions that may not even result in a sale. 

Digital ads also tend to be more engaging than traditional ads because they are interactive and often allow you to include rich media such as videos and images. Traditional ads are often static and can be easily ignored. One downside of digital advertising is that it can be easy to overdo it and bombard your target audience with too many ads. This can result in ad fatigue and cause people to tune out your message. Another downside is that digital ads can be intrusive and interruptive if they are not well-designed. 

I mainly run Google Search Ads as they have been the biggest lead producers at the best ROI. Google Search Ads can be expensive if you don’t target the right keywords, and this can result in you spending thousands and not getting conversions. However, I have run Google Search ads and a traditional newspaper ad campaign side by side for 3-months. The Google Search Ads were 40% cheaper and brought 4x the amount of leads.

Overall, I believe that digital advertising is a more effective and efficient way to reach potential customers. It is more targeted, engaging, and cost-effective than traditional advertising.”

3. Jibran Qazi – Online Marketer (MyCanadaPayday)

“I have found that the best ad triggers for my targeted audience are Google Ads simply because it allows me to reach the potential customers that are right for me. It filters out the ones that have no need for our business. Google has allowed me to create a verified profile so that my business will now pop up if someone searches for something that has some relevance to my services. 

I would highly recommend Google Ads to anyone. However, if it is a little too pricey right now, consider using Twitter ads. They are much cheaper than Google. However, I did find that Twitter ads weren’t able to reach the wider audience I was hoping for. 

I am considering the Facebook advertising platform as it has the largest selection of ad types and has the most advanced algorithm to date. Whichever you decide on, be sure that it works for you. Some of the cheaper options might be able to provide you with what you need at a fraction of the cost. The cost of the ads will soon pay off as my revenue has rocketed since using the right ads.”

“I think that your subject lines have to be perfect; otherwise your customers will not click on them. There are a few ways you can get your subject lines to be more exciting though. The first is to make the title personal. If you were sending an email to a friend, what would you put as the subject line? It would be something that is friendly, warm, and welcoming. 

If you make it sound too corporate, people are just not going to buy into that. Something else to try is alliteration. It is a fun wordplay to get people to remember the email, even if they have to step away for a moment and come back to it. Something as simple as, ‘Hey, we heard you!’ or ‘Welcome Back to your Basket’, will get people to have some fun reading and know that you as a company care and are not taking emails too seriously either.”

5. Corrie Duffy – Food Blogger (Corrie Cooks)

“I find Google Ads better than LinkedIn and Twitter. It is because Google has a greater audience than the other two. It processes around 40,000 searches every second plus it offers a return on investment of $8 on every $1 spent. So, I personally find it more profitable. 

LinkedIn, on the other hand, has a narrow audience that is primarily business based only and has a higher cost per click than Google, which makes Google Ads better than LinkedIn ones. Twitter is cheaper than Google, but unfortunately, it offers a very limited audience, and it also takes a lot of time before publishing new ads. So, considering the above factors, you should promote your product through Google Ads.”
