Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Oflox® handles information when you visit our website, submit a project inquiry, download our APK, or follow links to our browser extensions and other services.

Effective: 11 August 2026Oflox®Dehradun, India

1. Information we collect

When you contact Oflox® through our project form or by email, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and the project details you choose to provide. For lead verification and security, a form submission also records the IP address visible to our web server and limited technical metadata available from your browser, such as user-agent/browser information, language, screen/viewport size, time zone, referrer and, where supported, basic connection-quality information.

Optional location: precise browser location is not collected automatically. If you choose the location-verification option in the contact form, your browser will display a permission request. Location coordinates are sent with the inquiry only when you explicitly allow that request.

Technical signals are not guaranteed to identify a person or device. VPNs, proxies, carrier networks, privacy tools and browser settings can mask or alter IP, location and device/network information.

Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment card details, bank credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the website contact form.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, provide requested services, communicate about active work, improve website usability, prevent abuse, maintain system security, and help distinguish genuine project inquiries from spam or fraudulent submissions.

We do not sell personal information submitted through our website contact form.

3. Security

Our contact form uses server-side validation, input length limits, anti-spam checks and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards designed to reduce misuse and unauthorized access.

4. Cookies, local storage and server logs

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies when required for functionality. Our hosting environment may also create standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, date/time and error logs for security, troubleshooting and performance purposes.

5. Third-party services and external links

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as YouTube and the Chrome Web Store. We may also embed third-party content. When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies and terms apply. Oflox® does not control how independent third-party services process information.

The Oflox APK and individual Chrome extensions may include product-specific privacy disclosures where required by the platform or functionality.

6. Data retention

Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of personal information you previously submitted to us, subject to applicable legal, contractual and record-keeping requirements.

8. Children’s privacy

Our business services are not directed specifically to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility for Oflox® services depends on the nature of the project, the work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the commercial terms agreed with the client before work begins.

Before work starts

If a paid project is cancelled before any work has started, the client may contact Oflox® to request a refund. Any non-refundable payment gateway charges, third-party purchases, domain, hosting, software, advertising, licensing, or other committed costs may be deducted where applicable.

After work has started

Once strategy, design, development, marketing, consulting, research, content, setup, deployment, or any other agreed work has started, payments relating to completed work, reserved resources, milestones, or incurred costs may be non-refundable. Where a partial refund is considered, it will be assessed against the work completed and costs already committed.

Completed or delivered services

Payments for services that have been substantially completed, delivered, approved, published, deployed, or otherwise used by the client are generally not refundable unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Digital products and third-party services

Fees paid for third-party platforms, APIs, subscriptions, advertising spend, domains, hosting, licences, app stores, marketplaces, or other external services are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and may not be refundable by Oflox®.

How to request a refund

To request a refund review, email support@oflox.com with your name, project or invoice reference, payment details, and the reason for the request. We will review the request against the agreed scope, completed work, and applicable project terms.

This Refund Policy is a general website policy. If a signed proposal, quotation, invoice, service agreement, statement of work, or other written contract contains different refund or cancellation terms, those agreed terms will apply to that engagement.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Refund Policy when our website, services, technology, commercial practices or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the current published version.
