  1. How do you build rapport with the management team? What role do others play in actualizing your strategies?

First and foremost, you always need to have an open ear that’s ready to listen to their needs, feedback, and opinions. You get plenty of ideas in the process. Learning to empathize goes a long way, too. You can’t really build rapport without showing a genuine desire to help others, and that applies to any management team as well.

Of course, one of the keys to achieving that is for everyone to maintain open communication with one another. Someone will have to be willing to set up and coordinate regular meetings. As long as there’s enthusiasm to help each other in the team, it rubs off on everyone. 

     2. What is your approach to making big-picture decisions?

I normally subscribe to a balance between intuition and rigorous processes. To me, it’s always best to have a set of goals and focus on achieving them one by one. But you also have to know when to act based on instinct. Two decades of heading a company definitely taught me that. 

     3. What’s the story behind Dot Com Infoway?

I started Dot Com Infoway 20 years ago. That being said, it’s where a big bulk of my business career in technology has been dedicated, and this dedication persists to this day. We definitely have a tinge of pride for having lasted this long.

We started it in 2000, back when the internet and digital marketing were still pretty much ‘terra incognita’ in our country and a vast majority of the world. We believed in the potential of the medium at that time, and Dot Com Infoway is essentially the product of that passion. 

The first few years were difficult, and that’s natural. But we stuck to our goals, and that has definitely paid off since we’re now recognized as premier mobile app development and digital marketing agency

     4.  What sets you apart from your competitors? Describe how you’ve responded to competitive threats in the past.

It mostly hinges on how we treat our clients. We make sure to take proactive steps in helping them achieve the results that they actually want. With that said, we do our best to work with them as closely as possible and make recommendations that will only be for their benefit. 

We’ve not really received any direct “threats”. As for how we respond to competition, we definitely keep a close eye on what they have to offer and always strive to better them. It’s all about dedicating time and effort to conduct thorough research on them. 

     5. What are the welfare measures for employees?

Besides the naturally flexible working times, we also maintain stringent monitoring in the workplace to maintain a safe environment. Annually, our employees enjoy 12 days of casual leaves and sick leaves. After a year of working with us, all our employees are entitled to health insurance. 

Our female employees receive 3 months of maternity leave while our male employees receive 7 continuous days of paternity leave. They may also request a salary advance twice a year. Lastly, we also actively help them connect with banks if they need a personal loan. 

     6. What are your thoughts on the technological revolution continuously happening in the app development industry?

I think it’s a true marvel, to say the least. Being a tech enthusiast since time immemorial, I can’t help but be filled with wonder about how the industry has evolved and continues to evolve before my eyes. This revolution only paves the way to more opportunities for innovative ideas to come to life. I’m proud to be directly part of it through Dot Com Infoway

   7.  What is your target market? 

I can only say that they are many and varied globally. You can see this fact in Dot Com Infoway’s ever-growing portfolio and the number of industries that we have provided solutions to. Practically any business or individual across the world that needs an app or needs help in digital marketing is a potential target market. 

    8. Digital transformation for companies and brands has become almost mandatory in a very short time. As a digital agency, how are you handling this process? Can you please share some concrete examples elaborating on your digital transformation process?

We are always willing to lend a helping hand in educating them about how we do our business. That is if they actually ask us about it. Most of the time, our clients already have an awareness of the gist of what they need. We just orient them more about how we’re going to help deliver it to them and answer any queries they may have.

   9. How have you attracted users, and with what strategies have you grown your company from the start to now?

Like any company, we always do our best to stand out. Active promotion through digital and offline means remains our bread and butter. Much like any company, we actively respond to feedback, answer queries through the myriad of platforms available (like social media or our website). 

As for growth, I always try to look for opportunities to seize, especially when it pertains to expansion. You can’t really skip balancing the books and managing your finances as well. More importantly, you have to be persistent in building your network.

  10. How helpful are the Web and mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

We always strive to help them achieve their goals. The fact that we manage to do this through our app creations already underscores the value that we provide to our clients. 

Most of the time, these goals are mostly about increasing productivity, easing essential business processes, and widening their reach and accessibility. We incorporate features in our apps that deliver just that, plain and simple.
